Summary

I actually liked this one the most in the series - maybe because this love story had kind of been built up, but I also felt like both characters were more developed and more mature which has not been the case in some previous books。 I kept reading until I got to this one but I don’t know that I like the series enough to keep going?

[3。5 Stars] I did wind up enjoying this book, but I did go through a phase around around 25/30% of the way through the book where I really didn’t care about the characters。 I had a hard time getting invested or caring about what happened to them。 However, I did eventually care about the relationship and how they handled everything, even though I thought the “plot twist” towards the end of the book was unnecessary。 Even though I finished reading this book a couple of hours ago, I’m having trouble [3。5 Stars] I did wind up enjoying this book, but I did go through a phase around around 25/30% of the way through the book where I really didn’t care about the characters。 I had a hard time getting invested or caring about what happened to them。 However, I did eventually care about the relationship and how they handled everything, even though I thought the “plot twist” towards the end of the book was unnecessary。 Even though I finished reading this book a couple of hours ago, I’m having trouble remembering part of the plot。 So while I remember liking this book, it was also forgettable。 Maybe I’ll continue on in the series but for now I think I’ll move on to something else。 。。。more

What's the point of adding this to the book? Maybe to show us how strong Nate's and Rebecca's relationship is since she supported him? Even so。I'm always better at saying what I did not like in a book so it seems, when you read my review, that there isn't much I liked。 But I did like this book。 I did enjoy reading it。 。。。more

4。5 stars。 I really enjoyed Brooklynaire。 The H, Nate, plays a big part in the three books, Rookie Move, Hard Hitter and Pipe Dreams, that lead up to this one so I already had a pretty good idea about the kind of guy he was。 Same thing with the h, Rebecca, who played a major secondary role in those same three books。 Their romance had been building throughout the three books and Brooklynaire was the story about how they got together。 There was a little bit of angst and insecurity on Rebecca's par 4。5 stars。 I really enjoyed Brooklynaire。 The H, Nate, plays a big part in the three books, Rookie Move, Hard Hitter and Pipe Dreams, that lead up to this one so I already had a pretty good idea about the kind of guy he was。 Same thing with the h, Rebecca, who played a major secondary role in those same three books。 Their romance had been building throughout the three books and Brooklynaire was the story about how they got together。 There was a little bit of angst and insecurity on Rebecca's part but once she figured out what was really going on between she and Nate, everything fell into place。 。。。more

The most wattpad book ever。。。 I guess it was fine, a nice, relaxing feel-good without much of a plot to contemplate。 It is pretty R-rated but aside from the cliches and the ad storyline, it's not the worst。 The writing is good, the dialogue and chemistry are perfect but I would suggest you go into this with low expectations。 The most wattpad book ever。。。 I guess it was fine, a nice, relaxing feel-good without much of a plot to contemplate。 It is pretty R-rated but aside from the cliches and the ad storyline, it's not the worst。 The writing is good, the dialogue and chemistry are perfect but I would suggest you go into this with low expectations。 。。。more

I really enjoyed it! I loved the pining from the hero and the romance was so delicious。 There was a little conflict that I felt was a bit left field and added nothing to the story but other then that, I enjoyed this!

"Brooklynaire" is about this hot-shot billionaire that owns the Brooklyn Bruisers hockey team, who is in love with the office manager of the team (that used to be his personal secretary), and ends up connecting with her again after she takes a fall and gets hurt。 I'm gonna be honest, I was pleasantly surpsied with "Brooklynaire"。 It's not that I didn't expect to like it (because if I thought I wouldn't like it, why read it?), it's more that I didn't expect to like it /this much/。 Nonetheless, it "Brooklynaire" is about this hot-shot billionaire that owns the Brooklyn Bruisers hockey team, who is in love with the office manager of the team (that used to be his personal secretary), and ends up connecting with her again after she takes a fall and gets hurt。 I'm gonna be honest, I was pleasantly surpsied with "Brooklynaire"。 It's not that I didn't expect to like it (because if I thought I wouldn't like it, why read it?), it's more that I didn't expect to like it /this much/。 Nonetheless, it seems that Sarina Bowen is becoming my go-to for quick, fun romances with good character work。I really liked the characters in this book。 Both Nate and Becca were fun to read about, they had good character development and their relationship was also really cute。 This kind of workplace/office romances are not usually my thing because of the power imbalance, however I think it worked out well here because they were both aware of it and discussed it at length。 It didn't seem like it was just glossed over, and I really enjoyed that。 I also enjoyed that there was not exactly a breakup/huge fight in this book on the last third like it usually happens in romance books, and there was no miscommunication trope, which made it more realistic in my eyes。So, I would recommend it if you want to read a hot quick romance with fun interesting characters。 。。。more

It was okay, then it was very wrong。 Nate's voice actor didn't help, it was the flattest performance I've ever heard。But if I thought that'd be the biggest issue, boy was I wrong - Nate has two other women in his life in abusive relationships and it's used as an excuse for the protagonist to say yes when proposed cause it makes her realise there are many assholes out there??!!! BrooklynaireFinally! We’ve been teased with Nate and Rebecca in the previous three books (especially in Lauren’s) and now we get the whole story! It fit them to a T and getting inside Nate’s head was pretty cool。 I have to say, his solutions make a lot of sense and the epilogue was perfect。 So much fun being able to read the Bruisers family stories :)

I loved this book, I loved that it was her that was questioning everything and pointing out the obvious to me issues with their relationship。 Towards the end of the book I wanted to wrap Rebecca up to prevent her from hurt that life was causing but its a love story so I knew it would be OK with a HEA。

Great readI really enjoyed this story! I loved the characters and finally getting to see Nate and Becca come together and getting to see their history as well。 I adored the way that Nate treated Becca and the way that he cared for her and tried not to be too overbearing and to respect her wishes, even when it was really difficult for him。 This story was well written and held my attention from beginning to end。 I can’t wait for more with the Brooklyn Bruisers。

Thank you for such a wonderful book。 I have enjoyed every single minute reading it。 I forgot to eat and taking the book with me to the toilet:)。 The way you build the characters and their world is so realistic and incredible not cheesy or cringy like other billionaire’s stories。 Looooved Nate specially the depth of his personality such as he tune off the world around him and focus on one thing。 And Rebecca she is such a mature character and responsible。 Well done Sabrina Bowen。 It was my first r Thank you for such a wonderful book。 I have enjoyed every single minute reading it。 I forgot to eat and taking the book with me to the toilet:)。 The way you build the characters and their world is so realistic and incredible not cheesy or cringy like other billionaire’s stories。 Looooved Nate specially the depth of his personality such as he tune off the world around him and focus on one thing。 And Rebecca she is such a mature character and responsible。 Well done Sabrina Bowen。 It was my first read for you and definitely not the last looking forward to reading more of your creative writing。 It is my first 5 stars rating for a friends to lovers/ billionaire romance。 。。。more

3。5 starsThis definitely was the best of the series。 Despite my superficial intentions with reading it, Rebecca and Nate were already well established characters that I really was rooting for。 Nate was so caring and concerned for Rebecca's well being and I understood her frustration in not recovering as quickly as she would have liked。 Once they got together, it was satisfying。 I appreciated that even when there was conflict, it didn't temporarily tear them apart like so many other books do。 It' 3。5 starsThis definitely was the best of the series。 Despite my superficial intentions with reading it, Rebecca and Nate were already well established characters that I really was rooting for。 Nate was so caring and concerned for Rebecca's well being and I understood her frustration in not recovering as quickly as she would have liked。 Once they got together, it was satisfying。 I appreciated that even when there was conflict, it didn't temporarily tear them apart like so many other books do。 It's an easy read and one that I enjoyed a lot。 。。。more

This was a fun book with a mixture of tech, hockey, romance and personal growth。 I really liked the characters, and it was funny and flirty and the plot was actually feasible! Looking forward to more in the series。 I think I chose this book because of the male narrator, and I was not disappointed :)
